I cant sleep at night?
it does my head in because i can be really tired all day, and be falling asleep but at night even when im not on my laptop i can try sleeping but not be able to fall asleep till 7am sometime not at all, sometimes i can be up for a few days with no or very little sleep and be full of energy i have tried drinking no sugar pop i have tried water, milk hot chocolate, i have even tried pharmacy sleeping relaxance i am only 16 so i dont think i could get sleeping pills, sometimes i can be up all night and sleep fine in the day time, other days i can sleep from about 9:30pm till about 12am the next day, over 24 hours sleep, i dont know what to do anymore, i know i need to see a doctor about it, but i dont like them. at one point i got my self into a routine i was going to sleep at 9:30 and waking up about 8:30, but because i have four younger siblings that wont go to bed untill some night 11pm i cant settle down, i want to get back into a routine again because when i go off working at the brs (british racing school) i will have to get enough sleep i know i will have to go to bed early and wake up early. some times it gets that bad i have gone about 3 days with no sleep and no energy drinks either, its like my brain dont like resting, i can never relax and i can never shut my brain down, can anyone help me please i need ways in sleeping.
